It depends on what we find. Every engagement starts with a Bottleneck Audit — a fixed-scope diagnosis of what's actually slowing your business down. Once we know that, we can quote the fix accurately instead of guessing. The audit fee is credited in full toward any project you go ahead with, so it's not money spent on top of the work — it's the first step of it.

Why don't you list your prices?

Because a price without a diagnosis is a guess. Two businesses that look similar can have completely different bottlenecks, and quoting before we understand yours would mean either padding the number to be safe or under-scoping the work. The Bottleneck Audit removes the guesswork — you get a clear picture of the problem and a fixed quote for the solution before you commit to anything.

Do I have to commit to a big project?

Accepted Answer

No. The audit stands on its own — plenty of people take the findings and act on them however they choose. If you do decide to build, the work is scoped to what the audit found, and the audit fee comes off the project cost. There's no obligation to go further than you want to.

Is this an “AI” thing?

No. This is a business-improvement thing. AI is just one tool we sometimes reach for — and often the right fix has nothing to do with software at all. We diagnose the bottleneck first, then choose the tool that actually removes it. We never lead with the tool.

Both. We work with sole traders, small businesses, and community organisations across the Copper Coast and Yorke Peninsula, as well as larger operations. The audit is the same first step regardless of size — it just scales to fit the business.
